We have been with Hope Energy for 42 years. Thomas and his team have been wonderful to work with. Through the years, they have helped us immediately with issues, the biggest being the flood of 2009 and most recently when our hot water heater burst a few days before Christmas. Thomas not only was able to get us a warranty replacement; but they were installing a new water heater just over an hour later.
